When Nothing Works:

Identifying Hidden Drivers in Chronic Illness

Live Clinical Webinar | Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (9:00 AM PT). Presented by Dr. Sunjya Schweig. A live virtual session with Q&A.

Most complex chronic patients have already been through multiple protocols. Gut repair. Mold detox. Hormone balancing. The protocol makes sense, but the patient does not fully respond. Your non-responder patient is not failing your protocol. Something you have not tested for yet may be running underneath it.

About the Webinar

In this clinical webinar, Sunjya K. Schweig, MD, founder of the California Center for Functional Medicine and a researcher in tick-borne illness and complex chronic conditions, walks through how to recognize a non-responding patient as a diagnostic signal rather than a treatment failure, and what to do about it.

From a structured symptom assessment to understanding why Bartonella spreads through cats, fleas, dogs, and sandflies, not just ticks, this session gives clinicians who do not specialize in tick-borne illness a clear first step.

Using assessment tools and cases from his own practice, this webinar bridges the gap between standard chronic illness protocols and the hidden drivers that keep patients from fully responding.
