Results Portal

You’ll gain access to the Results Portal after Galaxy receives your first specimen. Once that happens, we’ll email you your secure login credentials.

To view test results, you’ll need:

• An active Galaxy provider account
• Your secure login credentials (emailed after your first specimen is received)
• Patient Name
