Live Clinical Webinar | Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Presented by Dr. Tonya Cramer, MD. A live virtual session with Q&A.
Clinicians who manage complex, chronically ill patients run into the same wall: clean labs, persistent symptoms, and a differential that has already been narrowed to nothing. This session is about building that differential back out.
In this clinical webinar, Dr. Tonya Cramer, MD, MPH, a functional medicine physician specializing in metabolic optimization, complex unresolved chronic conditions, and precision longevity, walks through her framework for building a differential out instead of narrowing it down.
From a five-step life history intake to reading a negative Bartonella, Borrelia or Babesia result, to working through three real cases from her own practice, this session gives clinicians a repeatable approach to finding tick-borne illness in patients everyone else has stopped looking at.
Using her Pull the Thread framework and cases drawn directly from her practice, this webinar bridges the gap between standard diagnostic training and what complex chronic patients actually need.
How to build a differential out instead of narrowing it down, and how to decide which thread to pull first
A five-step life history intake for surfacing tick-borne illness in patients already labeled with fibromyalgia, MCAS, dysautonomia, or post-COVID
How to read a negative Bartonella or Borrelia result, and what it does and does not tell you
Three cases from Dr. Cramer’s own practice, including a misdiagnosis correction
Why standard two-tier testing misses acute infection – and which specialty labs to use instead.
