Step 1 – Fill out the appropriate paperwork
Please fill out an Animal Health Test Request Form for submission along with the sample. Accounts are set up upon receipt of the first sample submission. We update our forms regularly, so please check back for the latest form when placing a new order.

Please note that payment is preferred in advance. If you work for a large institution, please let us know if vendor registration is required for new accounts. Call for special billing arrangements.
It is important to collect the sample as aseptically as possible. For the EnrichmentPCRTM test, the standard sample required is 3ml of blood in an EDTA tube. For sample types other than blood, please review our sample submission guidelines for required quantities and packaging.
Step 3 – Pack and ship the sample
Samples should be packed and shipped following standard shipping guidelines for clinical samples. Please see your preferred courier for detailed requirements. In order to prevent breakage or leakage, fluid samples should be securely in absorbent material and enclosed in water tight container or zip lock bag. If possible, samples should be shipped with an ice pack or cooling gel to prevent exposure to heat above room temperature. Do not place packages in drop boxes.
